Dr. Kokorotsikos is President and Managing Director of the Athens Stock Exchange listed EUROCONSULTANTS S.A. The multi-million company is active in Management, Development and Technology Consulting with subsidiaries in most of East European countries, Cyprus and the Middle East. EUROCONSULTANTS S.A. owns and operates the i4G - Incubator For Growth and ETEP Incubator in Greece. In addition the company holds controlling shares in a number of technology start ups in the sectors of IST, life sciences and environment, including ICTV Hellas S.A. Dr. Kokorotsikos is responsible for business development and international expansion of the Group.

Mr. Stathis Tavridis

Mr. Stathis Tavridis is Vice-President and CEO of  EUROCONSULTANTS S.A. He is also the Managing Director of "i4G Incubator For Growth". His main functions in  EUROCONSULTANTS S.A.is business development in the private and public sectors in Greece. He is also responsible for the the Financial and Human Resources departments of the company, as well as the company's subsidiaries.

Ms. Katerina Kalligatsi

Ms. Kalligatsi is Managing Director and one of the major shareholders of ICTV Hellas S.A. She worked for EUROCONSULTANTS S.A. for many years in the international development projects. She also headed the high-tech EU funded projects department. Holding an MMS from the Carleton University of Canada, Ms. Kalligatsi brings extensive experience in conceiving and managing new technology ideas.

Ms. Sofia Veneti

Ms. Veneti is the Installations Manager of ICTV. Sofia is also responsible for the training of the reseller network, as well as the post-sales support of the installed base. Sofia holds and MSc in Business and Information Technology from the Aston Business School in Birmingham.
